The online software we use to record and keep track of our patients is a marvel in home health software engineering. Its called Agency Manager™ and is by a software vendor named kinnser, Inc. Home health care record keeping and asset management will never be the same as a result of a physician portal called Physician Access™. Through this secure system physicians will be able to:
- Digitally sign initial 485 orders with their own login and password.
- Refer patients for home health services.
- Keep track of their own patients that are enrolled in our home health services. Communications and documentation for all of our services.
- Doctors will be able to automatically file home health insurance claims for certification/re-certification and Care Plan Oversight (CPO).
- All activities will be logged to standards for CPO billing.
This is an amazing tool that will be at absolutely no charge for physicians while generating additional revenue for their own practice. After the login and password have been given any physicians, they will be fully able to bill for their own patients from the Kinnser system. There is absolutely no cost for this highly lucrative service.

What is Home Health Care?
Home Health care is a method of bringing the hospital/institutional care to the patient without patients having to stay somewhere other than their own home. We bring the care to our patients instead of the patients having to look for the right kind of care. This is a Medicare certified home health agency. If home care is needed we first assess whether the patient is home-bound or not. If so, then with a signed order from the patients physician we can commence our admission. On admission the nurse will decide whether the patient will be needing service other than nursing. If so, we will make that arrangement and produce a plan of care. Medicare allows patients to be cared for 60 day certification periods. If after the 60 days is over the patient is in good enough health, then a discharge will be assessed. If the patient is still in need of health services then a recertification will be assessed for another 60 day period. We care for our patients until goals have been met. We do not bill any patients, we bill Medicare.
